The Advent Luncheon is held annually in December as a Fundraiser for the Messiah Community Food Shelf. All are welcome to participate in the event. Come enjoy the Christmas Spirit at Family of Christ with a potluck luncheon, basket raffle, and fellowship time.
Join Family of Christ and their neighbors for a night of community celebration. All are welcome to enjoy a meal together. The night includes bouncy houses, games, and all sorts of other fun!
Do you have the greatest chili recipe? Think your chili is better than your neighbor’s? Just love to eat chili? Join us for our annual Chili Cook-Off. Proceeds from the event go to Luther Park Bible Camp. The competition will be hot as we crown the next Chili Champion of Family of Christ.
The 2026 Chili Cook-off is scheduled for Sunday, March 15th after worship.
Enjoy Bunco? Board Games? Join us for a night of fellowship and fun! All are welcome to participate.
The next Community Game Night is scheduled for Saturday, February 21st. It's also a Potluck evening, so bring something to share.

During the season of Lent, come early and join our community for a Soup Supper on Wednesday nights. Suppers begin at 6:00 pm and then stay for Lenten worship at 6:40 PM.

In partnership with Trinity Care Center in Farmington, each year, Family of Christ gets a list of residents to bless with a gift. Gifts are collected prior and then delivered together at the Christmas Party, where members can join the residents in singing Christmas carols, enjoy refreshments, and get to know each other. You may even see Santa or Mrs. Claus at the party!
